Lydd & Yaffa, Inc.

Track an order

Your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

We ask for both because either one on its own would let a stranger read your order. The order number is at the top of your confirmation email.

Look it up

Find your order

Six characters after LY-, as printed in your confirmation email. Upper or lower case, with or without the dash.

The address you entered at checkout. We use it only to find this order.

This lookup needs JavaScript. If it stays grayed out, email hello@lyddandyaffa.com with your order number and we will answer within one business day.

What the stages mean

Four words, and what each one is worth

Every tie and every pocket square is made after it is ordered. We hold no stock and no shop floor, so an order moves through these four stages and no others.

Order received
Your payment settled and we have the order. You have a confirmation email with the order number on it.
In production
Your order is being made. This stage covers everything between payment and dispatch.
Shipped
The parcel is with the carrier. Where the shipping service provides tracking, the number is in your dispatch email and shown here.
Delivered
The carrier recorded the parcel as delivered. Your 30 days to return or exchange run from that day.

If it will not find your order

Write to us and we will find it

  • Check the email address. It has to be the one you typed at checkout, which is not always the one you read mail on.
  • Check the order number against your confirmation email. It never contains the letters I, L, O or U — those are excluded so they cannot be confused with 1, 0 and V.
  • An order placed in the last few minutes may not be findable yet. Give it a moment.
  • Still nothing? Email hello@lyddandyaffa.com or use the contact form. One address, answered by the company, within one business day.
